Research papers on software development

Hi everyone, i am a university student looking for research papers on software development fields such as:
Mobile Application - Artificial Intelligence - Machine Learning - Etc.
I have a class called research and development where I will need to provide a research paper work at the end.
For now i have 2 weeks to look and choose a title for my project. If anyone wants to bring their ideas all together or even share with me some past work of ur own.
Or if you know any particular good websites for that.
