The message showing up to block the site is because you clicked on that link and then immediately went back to the google search results page.
They are trying to predict results that are not suitable for you because you exited so quickly. Keep in mind these are personal results just for you. If you repeat the search it should no longer show that message.

Yes you are right it is showing when I immediately went back to the google search result page but why google show this message it looks like that google trying to block whole site if someone try do this step isn't it?
