I'm looking for an app or a program that will help me reschedule the same tweets at different times and days without having to retype it every time. Maybe a copy paste function type.

You seem to know alot, I also wanna know what is the best way to feed info from other rss feeds to my account. Im messing around with twitterfeed but one issue I have is that its really picky, and also I cant automatically add my own hashtags. I cant PM!

Have you try Tweetdeck? As I know this application can scheduling tweets.

Yup tweedeck is good option ....This seems to work

Is it easy to copy and paste the scheduled tweets to reschedule the same tweet?
