Requires a credit card for Pinterest ads

Hi, I live outside the US and cannot run Ads, but I want to run ads on Pinterest targeting the US. Is there a way to get a credit card in Advertising payments? Does VCC work?Or is there a seller at BHW who provides it?

Many sellers here in bhw i tried 3-4 and can recommend @Any Bill but i didnt try advertising in pinterest yet
