Believe me, there is nothing better in life than to become a Mod on BHW. But not everyone can handle this huge responsibility.. so watch a few Moderators in action (and even in their inaction, until they spring into action and defuse a boiling situation quickly -- watch how they time it perfectly lol) for a few months.
