Requirements for Creating Social Media Bot

Hi, i need advice on what languages or things i need to learn in order to create automation bot for social media apps like instagram. I already know python and i know selenium is needed for browser automation but i am not looking for that. Like for example some making bot like Snapchat and others
Can anyone help me out here and let me know what i should learn?

have you looked at Appium, basically selenium for mobile apps.. plenty of python examples out there.

Thanks for sharing this, I've been holding off on a project looking for an Android automation platform. This should do the trick.
