Required SEO pro to prepare a site for selling

Hello,

I'm looking for a very knowledgable SEO guy/girl who has experience with thoroughly analyzing websites (technical, on-page, off-page). The end goal is to sell a website within a 3 month period for the highest multiple possible. The website has huge potential and despite its "statistics", it ranks quite well.

There are probably a lot of technicalities I'm missing in regards to pushing a site higher in SERPS but right now I just don't want to f....k things up.

The budget is $250 - $500/month for the upcoming 3 months.
