Most of the copies I've seen have come with detailed instructions. Let me guess, you've followed them and it doesn't work? It's not you.

All the versions I've seen have required you to have an httpd running locally so start with either, http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html or http://www.wampserver.com/en/index.php

i know a way to make a cracked xrumer work! you need to buy a HRefer license...

(I've already been scammed on scriptlance by user - alquiii, he's selling a demo copy disguised as a full working, be careful, are there any honest ppl left out there!>?)
