Require USA VPS with multiple USA locations.

I need a USA VPS provider with multiple locations supported, at minimum Seattle. 1 vCPU (shared) and 1 Gb Ram is sufficient. Also require multiple IPs per server, ideally 5+. Bandwidth not important. A plus would be cloud-init support and an API to manage them.
