Require some assistance with PPC etc...

Hello everyone, I'm new to BHW and I was wanting to know how to go about starting a PPC income stream, for example something with high conversion rates, where to begin with content creation etc. I've been trying a bit with Sharecash which is a PPD network, and I did manage to get 1 lead and a few hundred clicks, but that was all. I'm willing to learn BlackHat techniques to improve also... if anyone could guide me in the right direction I would be grateful, I'd also like to add that I know it will take time, research and money but I just need a small idea on how to go about things...
