Require sending mass e-mails - 15K list

I'm looking for someone who can provide me with a method on how to send 15K emails within a day.
Unfortunately legitimate companies don't allow it because my project is blackhat, that's why I post here.

I've got many VPS's to my disposal but don't know how to send e-mails and accurately hit inbox. Should someone be able to help me, I can pay good money.
