Require Ecommerce site changes - Magento

I need someone who is an expert with Magento to make some changes to an existing site.

You must be able to meet the following requirements.

1: Must be available to start immediately.

2: Must be a good communicator via email.

3: We have a tight deadline to get the changes finished so you must be able to work quickly and efficiently - I can't stress this enough!

If interested shoot me a PM and I will forward you full list of requirements. No time wasters please, if your not 100% proficient in Magento and ready to start DO NOT respond to this request. When you send your PM also please send some examples of YOUR work. Previously when I have placed requests like these people have sent me sites they obviously did not work on. So if thats you don't bother.
