Require an excel buff to send auto WhatsApps and pdf attachment automatically with text script

Hi,

I have a list of names, phone number and automated text (in Hebrew) I want to send with a pdf file attachment to all on WhatsApp and want to automate the process (whereby I choose the file when I run the macro and it starts sending the messages from the relevant cells, one by one).

Looking for someone with high expertise to quickly build something like this. I know many tutorials are available but they all fall short or require manual approval for each number.

I prefer not to install anything on my machine. Thanks.
