Requesting tips for growing a compilation channel

Hello everyone,
I recently decided to make a compilation channel on YouTube, after hearing they make okay money. I know compilation channels tend to get demotized and sometimes taken down if you just copy and paste content, so I specifically went to the creative common filter downloaded a video and added my voice to 4-5 parts of the videos on most of my videos. I did this because if something happens I can basically say it’s just me trying to make a reaction to a video that I was allowed to reuse.
The thing that I am struggling at is gaining views and subscribers, I have boughta TubeBuddy monthly membership to help me with Keywords and everything but it still doesn’t help much becaude I have no subscribers or anything. Any help would be amazing, thank you for reading.

- try to rank your videos on longtail keywords
- promote them on social media pages and groups
- use commenting method on popular videos with some funny comments ( no spam )

They usually give new videos a bit of boost to see how they perform, and that should be your chance to prove the relevance of your video.
