Requesting help from people on here, what's OK and isn't?

Is it OK to use this forum to request help from users to get physical goods for my blog's contest, without actively promoting my blog?

I'm in the UK, and keeping things confined to this location for my requests.

I'm trying to do something nice during this coronavirus/UK lockdown crisis and don't want to spam, either, but do want to help source cool prizes if that's OK with you.

Ebay-related requests aren't allowed at Hire a Freelancer so where can I request it , for a one-off post? I'm asking more for people to buy goods from ebay on here to help my small blog site and will pay in future (via postal order, probably). Is this sort of thing acceptable?

Checking so I don't break rules...
