I wish to start my YouTube channel based around gaming and maybe once I begin to gain a decent following transition into other things such as vlogs, challenges etc.

However I cannot get the ball rolling due to the fact that I have stuck in my head, that being that I believe no one is going to be willing to watch someone with 0 subscribers play games, for that reason I believe th content has to be unique and crazy and have something special to it.

I cannot think of anything to do within gaming that is unique and special enough that people will be willing watch a random youtuber play.

Guys what can I do next? I have no idea.

I plan to buy new games when theyre released to jump on a trend but for now I dont know where to begin.

I dont know what special twists I can add to a game that will make it fresh, entertaining, intriguing.

Im going to be honest with you here, gaming is one of the most, if not, THE most saturated niche on youtube. There are thousands and millions of youtubers out there who make gaming content. The only way to make yourself known is through promoting your videos on reddit/facebook/twitter. Alternatively you can purchase views for a startup boost. However if your content isn't good then any promotion would be wasted. So I suggest doing something that will make potential viewers subscribe, such as but not limited to: Unique editing format, in depth knowledge about certain games, unique personality...
 
if you have no ideas, no inspiration, then why are you even doing this?

Well ..try making funny moments of PUBG
will work if content is unique

random guy playing game just wont help
