Seems like requesting a subreddit on the "Request" subreddit have become impossible, I have tried requesting many times with different profiles, all with good standings, high CQS, never spammed, and never got a reply from the automatic MOD and then the post got deleted. Anyone else have any experience with that?

Alternatively, try reaching out directly to the moderators of similar subreddits for insights or connections. Networking within Reddit can sometimes open doors that the automated system won’t.

Yeah, I've noticed the same issue. It's like the auto-mod is flagging posts for no reason lately.
Reddit sucks, they are suspending accounts in good standing with no spam or drama. Mine was suspended after 4 years with over 6K Karma due to
"We had a server error .. Account has been locked as a security precaution ... Change your password to unlock your account"
No wonder they aren't approving new subreddits. smh
