I am looking for a contact form builder like the one here.

So I can build the form I want and just download the needed files.

Try Mach Forms..there's a free one in the DL section. Version 3 I think

I like them, but I am looking for something that I can get the raw files so that I can upload them to my server and have it running from there. (Package and resale the form)

I was not able to find the program you are talking about, but this site is kind of cool.

I have built a form and tested it, it could use a little more to the form but all in all its kind of cool
