So about time i decided to ask you guys what the hell i'm doing wrong or not doing at all regarding my product website which is not making any sales.

It started with finding a new relatively expensive product that is getting attraction of the crowd, found some chinese factories and white labeled the product under a unique name, created an https website for it and a whole bunch of social media and social sharing accounts with referral to my website. It's been standing 3 months now with zero sales milestone from the 3k Unique visitors during those 3 months.

The product is in the $xxx range and i personally have no idea why nobody is buying, although the traffic is specifically targeted to this product. Maybe it's where i'm getting the traffic, maybe it's the website design not proving enough credibility ( although i showed some people and said it's fine ).

I would like to show the website and its accompanied SM to whoever can help me define the problem as to why nobody is purchasing.

    Have a great day!
    Thank you

    1) Get that site off of the .xyz TLD. This is living proof that a good-quality website can be on a garbage TLD and it will affect sales. You probably spent a good bit of time on your site. What do you value your time at, $20 an hour? Getting the site on a .com instead of a .xyz is a half hour of your time. Not only that, but it appears that the .com is available for purchase. If not, snatch up the .net and .org.

    2) I tried to go through your purchasing process up until the card entry procedure (I wasn't interested in the product enough to spend money on it at this time). Everything looks ship shape. There are no functionality issues as far as I can see.

    3) I don't wish to offend you, but when I Google search your product name, the first link that shows up (you're on page two by the way) is a far better paid-out website with a much stronger user interface. Even though they are charging $300 more per unit, they are likely killing it in sales. Why? They rank better, their site is nicer to look at, and they have better brand management.

    4) You need to re-work your sales copy big time. PM me with your current budget, and I'll do it for a price.

    5) Your full-width images are extremely pixelated. Fix those up, and change some of the graphics to higher quality, better-flowing ones. Also, your main image (what the user sees first) makes the white text unreadable.

    6) Get a better logo. That one screams 1997 to me, and the .xyz being that font absolutely ruins any credibility your website may have had. Again, this is just me.

    7) Move your header links around. The way that they currently are, you're not utilizing the proper flow of a purchase. The top should be: About, Blog, Contact, Shop, Cart, Checkout.

    8) Please keep in mind that Amazon is offering the exact same product, likely from the same manufacturer, for half the price, Prime shipping. You're competing directly with the big dogs. Want to stand out? Change your copy, and offer something that Amazon can't offer. Personalized products (laser etched), decals, wraps, that kind of thing.

In the next few months I'm going to be posting some threads regarding turning sites that are underperforming into super-branded powerhouses. So keep on the lookout for that :)

Well yeah, these guys had no much fancier website at first, even while surf their website there were still the default pages you get with wordpress template with "lorem ipsum" stuff.. Until they got a backlink from yahoo.com and pumped up their branding skyhigh which was the only thing that helped their website like that, the link is however removed now.

    Will do
