I would go with either SugarCRM or Vtiger.

I've tried both, the best one for me is VTiger. It is very powerful but a bit tricky to set up at the beginning

I second SugarCRM, many of my friends uses it. I'm not a pro coder but based on what I'm seeing SugarCRM is widely used.

I have used both SugarCRM and Vtiger CRM and both are quite good too. You will not go wrong with both of them. Try the demos see which one you like more, which one will be easier to integrate into your exiting structures.
