most of users were complaining indexing issues though they might be fixing it.

It seems G oogle stop indexing process. Me too found some url missing due to which site Alexa rank getting drop..

If you mean indexing by request of the site address, then this is no longer there. You need to install a Google webmaster on the site

Google is having problems with indexing via GSC, they said they are working on the issue.

This has been posted here several time this week. Google is doing some housekeeping, and all features related to indexing will not work as expected in the next couple of weeks. So you need not worry. Just concentrate on making quality content for now. But again, even when the systems are up and running, indexing takes time to show. You have to be patient.
