Request: how to write fake GMB reviews

Regarding the google accounts, do you buy phone verified accounts? In your experience, does it make a difference if they are aged?
Is there a tool to create/buy phone verified accounts that you can access 1-2 years in the future if need to change/delete a review?
How many accounts can you create per phone number?
I was thinking of buying prepaid sim cards that you only need to recharge once a year so I could keep access to the google accounts, and use an old smartphone to put the simcards in. Is there a better system?
