i want to have a higher selling limit on eBay, but when i spoke to the rep over the phone, they wanted me to fax a copy of my utility bill and an a government id. i can supply the utility statement, but i need a California id that matches my eBay info. it's a stealth eBay account.
can someone refer me to a photoshop pro? i want to fax these info asap. thanks in advance.
