not sure if i can follow you OP, what does recording a broadcast has to do with what you want to do? chaturbate stats are live, so you need to be logged in to your account and actually have the broadcast open to be counted as a view
so basically you'd need a custom bot which creates thousands of accs, logs into them, go to a selected broadcast and stays logged in with all the accs for a specified time with delays to stay under the radar and not to hit a chat room with thousands of viewers in seconds lol, so it must be multithreaded with proxy support
i'm not a coder, but this doesn't really sound impossible, however you'd need some heavy setup, thousands of accs (to get into the top position), shit ton of proxies and possibly huge bandwidth too to be able to handle this
