Request : Course for Lead Selling.

I am working on creating a directory & one of the primary sources of revenue for it, is going to be 'selling leads' to businesses. i.e. When users fill out the form to find businesses/professionals for their needs, these leads will be sold to those business professionals.

Can you recommend any good course that teaches about 'Selling Leads'?
