[REQ] Youtube Video Ranking Tips & Strategies

Hello BHW,

I am planning to rank my Youtube video on 1st page. Its now in page 2, 4th number in Google Video Search.
I could rank my same video on Vimeo, It was in 1st page 5 position in Google Web Search. Unfortunately its deleted today. When It Ranked I put my Aff Link to it & after 2 days its deleted for Promotional Video.
I did almost nothing to rank that Vimeo Video, Just Uploaded it & Wrote a 15% KW density Description. After 1 Week I see that its ranked in 1st page.

Now I am requesting to Youtubers to give me some effective tips & strategies to rank it. I already start applying all thinks what I know to rank it. Please Help me to rank my Youtube video.

Hey can you share your strategy of getting 4th in youtube search results thats a good result too, i am very noob at this but am similarly looking for such strategies!
