[REQ] WP Plugin That Activates Random Thumbnails For Every Post

I need a way to make my Post Thumbnails on the Mainpage show up random, choosen from a folder or keyword in the mediagallery or like a similar way. Does somebody know a way to get this to work? The Thumbnails should randomize on page reload. Would be great if i dont need to modify every post the single way. Would be nice to know if some can can help
