[REQ] weight loss eBook

So I have been slowly building up an email list. I actually got a few subscribers. I offer them a free eBook on losing weight to get them to sign up. Problem is, I dont have a weight loss eBook :/
I searched the DL sections, could not find anything. Can anybody point me in the direction of a weight loss eBook? or even somewhere to EASILY make my own would be great. Any ideas guys????

Search PLR websites for ebooks. There are thousands out there and you can cop one up for like 5 bucks. That's a Fiverr gig so it's extremely cheap and plenty useful.
