[req] Twitter auto tweet or like script/plugin

I remember many moons ago there was a script that was like a pop under that shared the page (the script was on) via facebook, does anyone know if there is a similar script for twitter.

Looking for either something that likes or shares a page on the visitors account, if this is not such as thing - does anyone know of a exit pop up that asked to user to share the page..
