{REQ} Someone to Make a simple script/code for me

Hi, I need someone to make a simple script/code for me that is auto shuffled. Ill try my best to explain what i mean. I want to have a small message in my header of my website, but every time you change pages on the site it randomly shows a different message. I don't want each page to have an assigned message, i just want it to be random no matter what page you are on. I want it to be simple for me to add hundreds of more messages to the list whenever i want and also remove some. Sometimes i might want the message to be click-able and link to another page so it also needs to be able to do this. Get back to me if you can do this. Also you can add me to Skype - brendenwi
