[Req] SEO Video Tutorial Needed {Recommendation Plz}

Hey all,
I have agreed to teach a good friend of mine about IM and how to make money online. They tried the surveys crap and a few other bull sh*t things (which some of us probably got a commission on ) and had pretty much written it off as impossible and "all a scam"... that is untill i showed them my paypal .
I told them if they want to learn they need to start with content writing but i dont really have the time to show them all the "ins and outs." I picked it up here and there over time but i want them to learn how to utilize SEO in their writing faster than that. He's a smart dude so I dont need to spoon feed him, as long as he has the resources to educate himself its gravy.
My point is I need a video tutorial that I could send him to. There is a lot of poor quality and out dated info on this subject and I dont have the time to watch 6 or 7 vids to find one that is HQ.
I skimmed the members DL section and yes I used the search function so dont give me any sh*t about the request, thats what the forum is for.
Anyway If anybody out there could direct me to a [tut] that I can link them to or .zip up and send them I would greatly appreciate it.

The 'Challenge' site has daily training videos and practice spread over several weeks, and goes into a lot of non-SEO areas as well, giving a broad base to start building knowledge.

...Then your friend can start researching on forums armed with some background.
