[REQ] Program that automatically opens URLs from list to avoid waiting time

Hi,

So I'm looking for some software that will automatically open URLs from a list meaning when I sit and work and I for instance close down tabs and the total number of tabs goes under, say, 5, it'll automatically open new ones from the list I have.

Essentially it would be to save me the loading time thus making me spend my time more efficiently.
