[REQ] - Opencart UK Hosting

Anyone know anyone who provides great quality Opencart Hosting, i have had a google and a lot of sites appear, but I need something reliable, the site gets around 10k hits a month at the moment and it seems to be struggling with my current host,

UK hosting Is a must,
CPANEL and phpmyadmin is required too,
