The only method I know is, for example, if your Gmail address is [email protected], you can then use [email protected], or [email protected], or [email protected] and so on - it's infinite. You can put whatever you like after the "+" sign. All emails sent to any of the aliases you create will go to the original Gmail inbox (i.e. [email protected]). Just remember to add the "+" sign right after the first part of the original email address. You don't need to actually create new Gmail accounts in Google, you can just use those aliases. Also, this is only if you don't mind using joebloggs[+whatever you choose]@gmail.com for all of the Gmails and all emails going to the original Gmail account.

Only if you have Android phone, you can create new Gmail account without phone verification under Settings, find Gmail or Profile, it's different in every phone and just create a new one from your phone. However, if you try to login with different country or IP in the future, it might triger their security and require you to add a phone number.

Is not just about how often. But what type of site, keyword research, blog post quality, SEO...there is no specific answer. In your case, are articles evergreen? If so, publish every few days so in 1 year max all done. If not evergreen, dont wait, but will hardly rank on new domain anyway. If is PBN or something, well schedule even less frequent, maybe every 2 week, and you can use for multiple sites
