[REQ] How tf do you use CaptchaSniper?

Everytime I load it, it does nothing. It's nothing like Captcha Breaker by GSA. I can't make this thing solve one captcha. Can anyone give me a step by step on how to enable port 80 for use or whatever it is I need to do to make the damn thing work. GSA's just picks it up, no real setup needed, this one doesn't. Any tips are appreciated.

Make sure you run the program as administrator too!
