[REQ] Hostgator discount

Hi guys, does any1 have a good discount coupon for hostgator? no ref links plz.

I use retailmenot, they usually have the most updated coupon codes for HostGator. Right now they have $9.94 off hosting packages with RETAILMENOT83 as the coupon code, or 25% off with RETAILMENOT80 (I'm not promoting them lol, but this is the resource I use 90% of the time).


I find that most of the hostgator coupons are the same, just different affiliates or advertisers promoting them. I really searched deep for an extra discount a couple months ago and didn't find much, they're one of the bests hosts though, in my experience. I used to do crazy google searches for extra discounts and end up spending so much time on saving $1.50 or something, so now I check retailmenot, and do a quick search in google for "__________ coupon code" and then I use the google search tools to give me results for the last month and I'm good. You can also hit the "Discussion Boards" tab on the top of the page to search discussion boards, there's usually more legit stuff on there.

Oh and also, I don't think hostgator gives any coupons for domain names. Which sucks because the domains are like $12 and you can get them at GoDaddy for $1 (you can transfer domains but if it was just registered you must wait 60 days)

thanks alot, and about hosting at godaddy, exactly you pay 1$ for domain 10000$ for hosting and get shitty service xD
