REQ Help For Google Update

Hi dear friends , from last 2 months i worked on my site seo , i got exellents ranks from google , but after 22 may and with google update i loss 90 % of ranks !!!

Now i dont know what i should do , is there any way for recover ranks ? Please guide me .

Why don't you read some of the posts here over the last couple of months; this question has been posted more times than anything else.
