There looks to be a new-ish service offering a Web 2.0 addon for GSA (take a look in the BHW marketplace), but last time I looked the existing Web 2.0 engines that come in a default installation were dead.
 
GSA SER can’t post to web 2.0s out the box. You’ll need to purchase a subscription to a Web 2.0 engine service that is updated
 
for GSA Search Engine Ranker (only Wordpress Article).

IMHO its not worth to use web2.0s with GSA SER. Web2.0s getting harder and harder every day and it's even getting low sucess with paid addons for GSA . GSA SER is a great tool iteself and it has plenty of powerful engines and they are up to date. However web2.0s is not good with GSA.

I outsource web2.0s creation and create manual myself and blast with GSA SER with all contextual engine. After ton of serious big google updates it still works and i am pretty sure it will never replace as long as backlink take as a powerful factor for big G.
