If you don't feel like coding your own, search Facebook for "Static HTML: iframe tabs" application. Add it to your page. Within the applications's tab (default: "Welcome") you'll see two fields, one for content that only fans can see, one for content that only non-fans can see. Use this to "like lock" your content.
