[REQ] Email Extractor?

Hello,

I am looking for email extractor.... let me explain it a bit more:

I need a software able to:

1. search google for a given keyword. Should use proxy
2. extract all domains and insert then into mysql database. No duplications.
3. extract the email address of the domain owner from who is.
4. update mysql database by adding the email and name of the owner.

Can anybody recommend me a software or php script?

I am ready to pay for such pace of code.

i know a software that does condition no. 1 superbly...not the others..i doubt there is a software like that
