REQ: Best URL Shortening Script (like tinyurl)?

We've all (probably) heard of all of the url shortening services/sites... Right?

I'm wondering, what's the very BEST php (or other) easy-to-use and set up
script for this? Also, the BEST one (of course) has tracking, referrer, various
other variables options, can be a PAID subscription...

Is there one available for F*R*E*E (I like the *'s, lol)? Or for a "low" investment?

Seems like a very useful tool, but I haven't tried it yet.

Use Shortening URL website that the domain name is not weird. SO people will not think it as spam.
