Hello,
I am looking for a FREE tool that can put my list of anchor texts from notepad in the spin format - {keyword1|keyword2|keyword3}

Use this online tool called GetSpinTax

Just enter all your keywords and spin it...and then copy the spintax format.

Here Free Spintax Article Directory on the right hand side under Blogroll are two tools.

One is for that what you want and the other one can combine URL and Anchortext.
