[REQ] Affiliate Presell Mastery - Does Anyone Have a Copy?

Hi Guys, I've done the right thing, taken a look around online and via the search functions on here but I still can't find what I'm looking for. I'm hoping to get my hands on the WSO - Affiliate Presell Mastery. I'm hoping someone reading this might have it and would be kind enough to take the time to upload it for us. I know getting presell stuff tweaked right can make a big different to conversions so I figured it'd be a helpful upload for the community as a whole as well as for my own needs.
