[Req] A script that counts sales, then stop sales after certain amount of sales.

Hi there

I'm looking for a script that will count my sales, and disable sales for that product after a set number of sales have taken place. Eg:

I only want to sell 50 copies of an ebook, so, with the 50th sale, sales are deactivated, maybe with a graphic saying, "Sorry, sold out".
Maybe even be able to indicate "Only 6 copies left", then 5, then 4 etc.

Can somebody help me please? Thank you.
