[REQ] 80% Traffic Forwarding Landings

Hi,
who can recommend a landing page which I can use for google adwords for traffic forwarding? The Ctr should be as high as possible. 70% - 80%. I would like to forward traffic as much as possible to my offer. I can pay money for it - sure.

I dont have a special website.
Im searching a high ctr page which i can use for multiple traffic forwarding.
It must be easy to change, like images and text etc..
