Hi Friends,

please tell me.

some of the user added rep+ on my post. but it's not increasing my reputation rank. what i have to do.. i have total of 5 reo+ pending showing in my profile.

here is the snapshot.

It might be neutral rep. Is it grey? This means the user that repped you doesn't have enough rep power to give you any yet.

P.S. You should probably post stuff like this in The Lounge next time.

You better contact the mods as I guess if in your profile notification its showing 5 reputation comment then it might be some profile back-end error and needs to be fixed by the mods/admins...

is it like that if i have rep 11 and i will give rep+ to someone. Then my rep rank will be decreased by 1 and his will be increased by 1??? is it so?

click on the home link on the left category menu, and you will see your profile pic on the left, and rep power on the right, that is the number that the person gets when you +rep him.

I think everybody starts with 10 reps. Anyway, you can check them on your settings page.
