Who out there can clean up the search results for an individual's name? This is to push down a single negative article that shows up on page 1 of Google when searching the name. The person's name is unique.

The goal is to achieve sustainable results for the first 3 pages of Google. Looking for an idea of cost and time to achieve results. PM if you are interested in providing these services.
