There is a webpage from a college newspaper (from 2006) that is the top results in my name search engine results. This is very unflattering and has caused hardship to me and my family. The article indicates that I was arrested for a crime (but never mentions in the article or later) that the case was dismissed.

I would like to have that removed or (at minimum) pushed down to page 3/4 or my search results.

I understand this will take time, but I am willing to pay a professional who has proven results and can accelerate those results.

Second: To rank over .edu, aged domains is difficult. Not impossible by any means, but be prepared to pay for it and don't pay someone unless you're sure of their credentials.
