Someone spammed one of our clients with fake reviews and we need reputation management. Is there any reputable member around here who can do something like that? Thanks

You should post in the Hire a Freelancer trend or in the offline marketing trend. These are the places you can find people who are good ar ORM.
 
If you can prove your client is a honest person, then yes. Because those who know, do not want to help clear up a scammer or bad persons name.
