I have a group of kids bad mouthing our clients business. I need someone to help us push these down.
The review is on a forum. Can these be removed or at least pushed to page 2?

Are they ranking? Are the kids just kidding around or is it legitimate issues?

It's not likely that you'll be able to remove them. UGC can't often be removed, the courts typically uphold that the site owner is not responsible, users are anonymous and those issues make it difficult to remove.
